ABOUT US

Teton Nuclear Medicine Service is a locally owned and operated facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho that provides nuclear medicine imaging services to the community. Teton Nuclear was started with a desire to see a choice for nuclear imaging for the patient within Idaho Falls and the communities that it serves. It was started with one goal in mind and that was to give patients the best possible experience from their exams that we could. That was over 20 years ago, and Teton Nuclear Medicine is still committed to providing the best experience we can.

OUR EQUIPMENT

Our equipment includes two gamma cameras. Our dual-headed tomographic whole-body imaging camera is used for all types of exams, including bone, hepatobiliary, thyroid, renal, and gastric imaging. Our second camera is a dual-headed dedicated tomographic camera, which is used for all of our cardiac and some small organ imaging. The dual-headed camera was recently upgraded with the most recent, state-of-the-art computer package, that greatly enhances our capabilities for myocardial perfusion imaging.

OUR MISSION

We believe strongly in providing physicians and their patients with unparalleled service. Our facilities ensure proper imaging, timely response, and convenience to both doctor and patient in a small, personal, outpatient setting. We accept Medicare assignment and bill primary and secondary insurances for all patients. Our professional staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and has many years of experience in the nuclear medicine field.
